The 84 units are divided into 6 production lines, maximizing the number of plants that can be grown simultaneously through Farmicca's revolutionary STG Model.
Production can be planned on a monthly, weekly, or even daily basis.
Skycrops is equipped with 4 Farmicca Germinator units, enabling it to grow 900.000 seedlings per month.
Bio R&D and fully automated production
The Bio R&D constantly works on improving crop growth by choosing different leafy green seeds, testing different nutrient solutions and variable environmental conditions.
Farmicca’s Farmisense software is at the heart of Skycrops’s production process. This not only enables automating of production, but also allows the system to collect numerous data on plant growth, which helps improve the Farmisense algorithm.
Farmisense runs the facility simulating a real world environment, providing crops with optimum nutrients, lighting and climate.
